Being an ELF, SHAWOL and a FEIFAN at the same time is one of the biggest thing I could brag as a fangirl. I AM NOT ASHAMED TO SHOW TO MY PEERS THAT IM A CPOP AND KPOP FANGIRL (though at times I have to hide it but I'm also learning to show it). At times, my classmates discriminate fangirls to be DULL but that doesn't shows to be accurate since I'm a DEAN'S LISTER, a College SSG representative and at somehow achiever ever since kinder to high school days.. haha!. I have been an ELF for 3 years and a month, a SHAWOL for 4 months and a Feifan for 2 years and 11 months but I won't let them become a priority over my studies since I am getting lots of inspirations from them. Most especially Chun (Fahrenheit) he's been giving his angels words of encouragement that could light up your pessimistic attitude. Im much thankful that I met him. awww.. THE HISTORY...
March 31 2008 - It is when I get to watch Hana Kimi via ABS-CBN. I have no interests in Asian dramas way back then but my high school classmates kept on recommending me to watch the drama. Then so I did and ended up falling in love with it's male lead, Wu Chun.
All of his affiliations and what so ever had became my interest. I watched all of his dramas from Tokyo Juliet up to the recent Hot Shot (at that time). Then I knew Calvin Chen and Fahrenheit. But at that time, I don't consider myself as a FeiFan since I was only inclined to "Chun". I am not much of a fangirl also since I wasn't able to search more about them. We have no internet connection at that time!!.
March 16 2009, a day after my birthday, our television was connected to Dream Cable TV. My sis and I were searching for good channels and ended up seeing "Arirang" (Korea's Global TV). Although I am not a KPOP fan since KPOP is not yet popular way back, we decided to stay on the channel coz we might see Fahrenheit's performance. LOL. I don't know what we were thinking about before. All I know is that we want to see a single performance of Fahrenheit, a mandopop group, in a korean pop channel.. HAHA! I know that was silly!!!. =D
But after 3 hours of waiting, there!!! I saw Sorry Sorry MV in Pops in Seoul. The song ranked first on the chart and surprisingly, my sis and I were stunned by their synchronized and upbeat performance. Sorry Sorry at that time, was not as popular as how it goes last June 2009.
3 months before Super Junior or KPOP became popular here, my sis and I were already ELFs, all because of Sorry Sorry.. I remember singing to the song out of tune and my dancesteps were "oh so so" but I didn't even bother coz I love the way I enjoyed the music.
On same day, we watched GEE MV by SNSD still in Arirang. The song was so catchy and guess what? I specially downloaded the MV in a cafe just to memorize their dancesteps then became a SONE. (That's only for a meantime, I quit being a sone ever since GDA 2010 but mind you, I still support their songs ^_~)
My biases for both groups at that time were Siwon and Yoona since I can only recognize their faces easily. Especially that I found Siwon to be so HANDSOME. hahah!!
I wouldn't even become a ELF if it wasn't because of Arirang!!! so I thanked that channel for that!!.. :)
May 2009, the airing of "They Kiss Again" in Studio 23!! That was when I realize THAT JIRO WANG IS SO HANDSOME!!!!!! I was admired by his character because he was less comical than in Hana Kimi. I first thought of him as a monkey. he sure looks like one!! But the drama has proven me, that he also has good looks! On the other hand, Aaron Yan who has a very short appearance, is as handsome as ever!! I can't believe that the first time I saw him is a kissing scene with Petty Yang.. haha! *blushes*
ALL IN ALL, TKA made me a Feifan!! From then, I often go to internet cafe just to dose myself with Fahrenheit updates. Watch their MVs, dramas, commercials, variety shows and so on.
June 2009 is a DAEBAK!! I finally saw Sorry Sorry and Gee on MYX!!! I was so happy at that time coz I get to watch their MVs on Philippine Television!!.. And I was so proud since I get to know them more than anybody did!! pwahahah.. :P
Then my fangirling goes on until last March 2011 where I became a fan of SHINee. I was too late as my friends were talking more and more about them, then so I get inclined with their songs.. Most especially HELLO!!.. xD
