Being an ELF...

After Yeye's enlistment, every little thing I know from being an ELF has crossed into my mind. So I'll start this post with.......

BEING AN ELF...

1. We PROM15E to 13ELIEVE

         From Kibum's departure to Yesung's enlistment, I witnessed all of those. I can't avoid not to cry whenever a member decides to leave. It's just too painful for me to hide it. To be honest, it's so dam hard to be an ELF. At first, you will get to experience happiness, good feelings and laughs but never did I expect that in every smiles I give, there will always be lonesome moments in return. 

          Being an ELF takes a lot of courage. Every year one discharges from the army while the other enlists. The feeling is exactly the same as someone stabbing you straight to the heart and then pluck it out again when one gets back. What a bittersweet feeling! You wouldn't know whether to rejoice or feel blue.

ELF is not just known as Super Junior's Everlasting Friends but also to this famous line, "PROM15E TO 13ELIEVE". This is in short for "We, ELF promise to wait and believe for the 15 members to stand in the same stage again even if it will take us forever". Although I find it impossible most especially with Hankyung oppa's case but I will never stop believing in that one impossible day to come. We aren't called EVERLASTING for nothing.

2. IS EVERLASTING

        As an ELF, we do all things for SJ. In victories and trials, we are always there for them. We stand together to show them that they always have their best friends along the road. Friends who will never leave them behind and be their leaning shoulder whenever they need a hand. For their burden is our burden. For their tears are our tears. For their victory is our victory. For their smiles are our smile. As what the lyrics of the song We're Everlasting Friends say by Angel Amber (ELFquotes):

3. IS ENJOYABLE

                I never stan "idiots" ever in my life. Not until I met Super Junior. Every single one of them has different personalities but if combined, you'll get a nuclear bomb, oh no! ATOMIC BOMB! Their best asset as a group is that they can make viewers laugh without making great effort. They are the funniest on and off screen! Their talents for gags are so natural that I don't even need words for me to laugh, their face is enough for me to burst out. To be honest, I became a dedicated ELF not because of their music videos or stage performances but because of their gag image! They ruin their idol image themselves which are not quite seen in some idols (KPOP). They take fanservice, comedy and humor to the highest level.  I watched almost all of their v-shows and can't help but cry due to too much laughs. Full House and EHB are my all time faves! I re-watch them over and over again and still laughing like it's my first time.

                Aside from SJ's variety shows, their stage performances are SUPERB! Whether in singing or dancing, I always get a high feeling whenever I watch them perform. In terms of ballads, I enjoy KRY's songs the most. The harmonization is just perfect. Never did I hear a male trio who has soulful voices which can make me feel dreamy........... and sometimes cry! They can touch every girl's or even man's heart with just their voices.... considering the fact that I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND A PHRASE THEY SAY! On the other side, SJ's dance stage performances are so lively. They are soooo cool and hot at the same time! Eunhyuk's stage presence can totally set the roof on fire! Oh men! YOU GOTTA LOVE THAT GUY WHO DESTROYS THE STAGE BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS!.. 

4. IS FULL OF Drama

            SJ and ELF may not be perfect but SJ+ELF is. Our story is like a roller coaster, there are tons of ups and downs. I already invested too much tears to leave SJ and this fandom. In no way will I ever bid farewell to my family.
